FLEXITAMREEN — MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (TERMS & CONDITIONS)
Company. FlexiTamreen W.L.L., CR 178654-1, registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("FlexiTamreen", "we", "us", or the "Company").

1) Scope & Definitions
1.1 Scope. These Terms govern use of the FlexiTamreen corporate fitness programme by eligible employees whose employer has enrolled with FlexiTamreen (each, a "Member").
1.2 Definitions.
- Employer: An organisation enrolled with FlexiTamreen for eligible employees.
- Facility / Venue: A participating gym, studio, court or other partner site.
- Credits: The allowance associated with a plan and consumed on check-in.
- Check-in: A validated visit recorded when the Member scans the QR code displayed at the Facility using the Member’s phone.
- Dashboards: The online Employer and Partner dashboards used to administer the programme.
2) Service Description & Availability
2.1 Service. FlexiTamreen enables Members to access a network of Facilities during each Facility’s normal operating hours, subject to these Terms and the Facility’s rules.
2.2 Availability. Service is available in Bahrain; GCC expansion is coming soon. Members with an active plan in any supported country may access partner Facilities across supported countries. Local VAT may apply in the country where the service is consumed.
3) Eligibility & Accounts
3.1 Corporate-only. Membership is available via Employers; individual direct sign-ups are not offered.
3.2 Eligibility. You must be listed by your Employer as eligible and meet the legal age requirements for gym access.
3.3 Account security. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4) Non-Transferability & Proper Use
4.1 Personal use. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access or attempting to circumvent system rules is prohibited.
4.2 Check-in method. Members complete check-in by scanning the QR code displayed at the Facility with their phone; you may be asked to show ID.
4.3 Fair-use window. You may check in as long as you have Credits. To ensure fairness, you may check in to the same Facility once every four (4) hours.
4.4 Operating hours. Membership is accepted during the Facility’s normal operating hours. Members should consult the Facility for any specific requirements (e.g., attire, reservations, age rules).
5) Plans, Credits & Visits
5.1 Credits. A check-in consumes Credits. Unless your Employer specifies otherwise, unused Credits do not carry over between billing cycles.
5.2 Plan details. Plan names and allowances are shown on the Pricing page or via your Employer.
5.3 Classes/courts. Some Facilities require reservations or charge separate fees for specific activities; these are handled directly with the Facility.
6) Upgrades, Downgrades & Cancellations
6.1 No mid-cycle changes. Members cannot upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle.
6.2 Effective next month. Changes take effect from the next month. The Employer must notify FlexiTamreen at least five (5) days before month-end, or make changes in the Employer Dashboard.
6.3 Cancellation & re-enrolment. Cancellations are submitted via the Employer. After cancellation, a three (3)-month waiting period applies before a Member can rejoin.
7) Billing & Reporting
7.1 Billing. Billing arrangements are governed by the Employer’s agreement with FlexiTamreen. Local VAT may apply in the relevant jurisdiction.
7.2 Reporting. Employers receive enrolment and plan-tier information as part of their dashboard and monthly documentation. Per-employee visit counts are not displayed.
8) Partner Facilities — Operations
8.1 Venue acceptance. Facilities accept Members during their normal operating hours in line with these Terms and the Facility’s rules.
8.2 Dashboard record. Partner Facilities are responsible for monitoring the Partner Dashboard to confirm Member check-ins; the dashboard serves as the authoritative record for visits.
8.3 House rules. Members are expected to follow Facility rules (e.g., attire, safety, reservation requirements) and be respectful of staff and other patrons.
9) Data Protection
9.1 PDPL. We comply with Bahrain’s PDPL and practice data minimisation.
9.2 Use of data. We process what is necessary to deliver the service (e.g., identity, eligibility, plan, check-in timestamps). We do not sell personal data. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

10) Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
10.1 Inherent risks. Using Facilities involves inherent risks. You confirm you are medically fit to participate and accept such risks.
10.2 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold FlexiTamreen W.L.L. harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of Facilities or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
11) Suspensions, Misuse & Termination
11.1 Misuse. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, account sharing, attempts to bypass the four-hour window, non-payment by Employer, or other material breaches.
11.2 Member conduct. Members must behave safely and respectfully and comply with these Terms and Facility rules.
11.3 Effect of termination. Remaining Credits may be forfeited unless otherwise stated in the Employer agreement.
12) Changes to Service or Terms
12.1 Service changes. We may modify Facilities, features, or availability.
12.2 Terms updates. We may update these Terms; changes take effect upon posting. Where feasible, material changes will be notified to Employers in advance.
13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
13.1 Governing law. Laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
13.2 Jurisdiction. Courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction.
13.3 Language. These Terms are provided in English and Arabic. In case of inconsistency, the English version prevails.
14) General
14.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Employer agreement, form the entire agreement regarding Member use of the programme.
14.2 Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
14.3 Assignment. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our consent.
